Grand Teton National Park offers a variety of day and overnight hikes. Scenic hikes on mild terrain are a great way to explore Phelps, Jenny, Leigh and Taggart lakes as well as views of some of the park's famous wildlife.
Given the steep nature of the terrain, the altitude and the consideration that the park is located in bear country, it's important to check in at the visitor center, visit the National Park Service onlineĀ or talk with a park ranger about current conditions.
